We hope you love your purchases however, if you change your mind, we accept refunds within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Please return the items in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the product is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer exchanges.

Cancellations are not accepted once order has been processed.

Once we have received your order we will begin to process it immediately and typically dispatch within 1-2 working days (this excludes bank holidays). We offer worldwide shipping via Standard Royal Mail (find costs below). Customers may incur custom or import fees once the product reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, grapeviine can not take responsibility for any fees. These costs must be covered by the recipient. We can not determine how much these charges will be as they vary from country to country. We highly encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information and to avoid any unexpected charges.
